aboard the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Religious Ministries
Center. Services will meet Federal, Department of Defense, State and
HQMC requirements for the off-site care in the Religious Ministries
Center or other appropriate facilities such as Roman Catholic or
Protestant Chapel. There will be two adults present at all times
regardless of the number of children served. The staff child ration
will be consistant with USMC stand (Section 1.3) per each activity.
Child care is required to support 52 Sundays a year from 0730-1300 hrs,
occasional workshops, religious holidays, hold days of workship,
religious education and meetings that are held throughout the year.
Services for regular events through out the fiscal year as follows: A.
Weekly -- 52 Sundays from 0730-1100; Wednesday -- Christian Womens
Fellowship 0830-1200; choir rehersals -- 1900-2100; B. Prep/Save --
0745-1615 (3 days a week, 4 weeks a month) C- Child care required for
special services—Christmas Eve Service 1830-2230; Vigal of Easter
-- 1730-2130; The RMD will make every effort to submit child care
request at least one week in advance of the need. The dates and times
of the RMD ministries and programs may change to meet the needs of the
directorate's customers. Providers must be available to meet emergency
requirements within a 24 hours notice. Nutritional Needs -- Snacks,
drinks and other nutritional needs will be provided by the Religious
Ministries Directorate. The contractor is responsible to inform the RMD
staff, one week in advance of the need. Nursery Resources -- The
contractor will supply cribs, linen, children's chairs, tables,
changing tables and any other furniture needed to meet the standards.
The contractor will maintain the nursery area to standards as required
by law and policies of DOD. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside
solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be
considered by this agency. Requests for solicitation package must
besubmitted in writting via mail or fax. Telephonic request for
