These same services are also to be provided at the Alton Federal Building, 501 Belle St., Alton, Illinois, approximately 25 miles west of East St. Louis. The approximate building sizes for the locations are 140,483 gross SF, 34,828 gross SF, and 31,970 gross SF respectively. These figures are estimates only; potential offerors are encouraged to inspect the sites of performance to satisfy themselves regarding general and local conditions. Work includes but is not limited to maintenance of all existing mechanical equipment and associated components, and structural maintenance and includes miscellaneous repairs. The performance period is for three years with two one-year options, with an estimated start date of January 1, 1999. This procurement is being procured on an unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
