Repair/Overhaul of the F100 Augmentor Nozzle Spt. This item provides
structural support for the moving parts which make up the nozzle
assembly. This is applicable to F100PW/100/200/220E/229 Engine Series
of the F15 and F16 fighter acft. This requirement is for repair work in
excess of the government's capacity during the base realignment

will call for a firm fixed price requirements type contract with a 3
year basic ordering period and 2 1-year option ordering periods. BEQs:
1st yr 60 ea; 2nd yr 72 ea; 3rd yr 81 ea; 4th yr 81ea; 5th yr 81 ea
Contractor is to provide all labor, parts, services, and testing to
accomplish repair/overhaul. Repair is to be IAW statement of work,
engineering instructions, and quality plan requirements. Qualification
Requirements: Sourcemust be qualified prior to being considered for
award. The solicitation will contain instructions for obtaining further
information on this requirement. Government furnished drawings and
specifications are available. The approximate issue/response date will
be Nov 6, 1998 TO: Pratt & Whitney, San Antonio AAR, Frankfort NY All

any, concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by
the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear
concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal
development phase of an acquisition. The Ombudsman does not diminish
the authority of the program director or Contracting Officer, but
communicates Contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and
recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When
requested, the Ombudsman shall maintain strict confidentially as to the
source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the
