Investigation is seeking small business sources interested in providing
full food services in Quantico, Virginia. This is a MARKET SURVEY for
WRITTEN INFORMATION ONLY. This is NOT a solicitation announcement for
proposals. There is no solicitation available at this time. The FBI is
seeking small business sources who have had previous experience with
the government providing full food services. The contractor should
demonstrate its ability of procuring, utilizing its resources, and
providing food for approximately 1200 individuals on a daily basis for
breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The contractor should also demonstrate
its ability of providing all administrative management, supervision,
labor, meal planning, catering, ordering of food products, unloading,
storage, preparation, serving, clean up and facility maintenance, and
the transporting of food on a daily basis to numerous locations. The
full food services would be provided at a minimum of five (5) days per
week at multiple buildings. Security clearances will be required on
all of the contractor's employees. All interested small business
parties should submit a written capability statement which demonstrates
the company's ability to provide the services described herein. The
deadline for submission of the capability statement is 4:30pm, local
