The work consists of removal and disposal of PCB, asbestos, mercury and lead materials, and contaminated soils, demolition and removal, renovations to historic Building 1 and Building 215, provisions of a pedestrian bridge for each building, reinforcement of the existing structural system, window replacement, interior finishes, fire protection, elevator construction and elevator repair, mechanical, electrical and special electrical systems and incidental related work. Primary power electric distribution, exterior lighting, parking, paving and landscaping are also included, and other incidental related work. This is a firm- fixed price award fee solicitation.
