This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only quotation; quotes are being requested and a written quote will not be issued. The Quotation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-04 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. This requirement is being conducted under conditions of Other than full and open competition IAW Far 6.302-1(a)(2), Only one responsible source. This sole source procurement to Raytheon TI Systems, Inc., 2501 W. University, McKinney, TX 75070. The requirements are as follows: CLIN 0001: During the three month operational test period of the modified TIFLIR-49, the contractor shall provide, on call, via message or electronic means, technical services consisting as a minimum, but not limited to, removal of system, system troubleshooting, fault analysis assistance, operational employment procedures, and recommendations as requested. The contractor shall provide in contractor format one post test technical report detailing the quantitative results of all test data collected by the contractor during the three month test period. Delivery to be 12 weeks after award. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Div. 300 Hwy 361, Crane, IN 47522-5001. This award will be a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
