This annoucement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be used. Solicitation F41691-98Q9190 is issued as a request for quotation(RFQ). The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular______. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business. The SIC Code is 7378, Computer Maintenance and Repair, size standard is $18 Million. Requirement consists of the following, Hardware Maintenance for scanners as follows: QTY of 3, ScanCarePlus for M3093 EX GX DE DG Fujistu Scanners, QTY of 16, ScanCarePlus for M3096 E+G Fujitsu Scanners, QTY of 16 ScanCarePlus for M3097 EE+ GG+ Fujitsu Scanners. Delivery/Service Calls should be destination pricing to Randolph AFB and Lackland AFB. If quoting "or equal" please submit specification with your quote. Interested parties capable of providing the above, must submit written price and technical proposals, and provide firm evidence of their ability to perform. All repsonses will be fully considered.
