K -- UPGRADE OF EXISTING GP-3 WELLS FARGO SECURITY SYSTEM SOL NA DUE 092498 POC Gloria Golden, (520) 533-1464 The Directorate of Contracting, Fort Huachuca, AZ is seeking sources to upgrade the existing Wells Fargo Security System at Rowe Hall, Ft. Huachuca. The system consists of a GP-3 computer with receptors, workstation, printer and interface. The required upgrade must consist of upgrade of the computer and workstation, conversion of the existing database, on-site programming of the upgraded system, on-site training of the upgraded system, intrusion alarm and sensor (reprogramming) changes, and APT-2 (or equal) printer and interface. This upgarde must be Y2K compliant in accordance with commercial standards. This office intends to award a contract to ADT Security on a sole source basis to meet this requirement, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source.
