The Naval Undersea Warfare Center anticipates acquiring on a Firm Fixed Price basis, one (1) First Article Test Unit 8B MOD 3 Periscope Set, up to twenty two (22) production 8B MOD 3 Periscope Sets and up to Nineteen (19) lots of O-Level Special Support and Test Equipment (SST&E). The basic requirement also contains line items for Data, Provisioned Item Ordering and Monthly Production Progress Reports. In addition, the solicitation will contain two options, each with line items for the purchase of up to eighteen (18) 8B MOD 3 Periscope Sets and up to fourteen (14) lots of O-Level SST&E, along corresponding data and Monthly Production Progress Reports. Note: The most the government will purchase under the Basic requirement, options or a combination of both, will be twenty two (22) 8B MOD 3 Periscope Sets and Nineteen (19) lots of O-Level SST&E. The supplies provided shall be fabricated and tested according to a government product baseline. A Technical proposal will be required in response tothe Request for Proposals. Evaluation factors include Technical/Management Approach, Past Performance, Personnel and Facilities. Contract award will be made on the basis of Best Value to the government.
