This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to issue a contract under the test program described in FAR 13.5 for the following. Item 0001, Airnet Portable System-8 Channel, Model No. APM-2282/8 -- 3 each; Item 0002, Airnet Portable System-4 Channel, Model No. APM-2282/4 -- 4 each. TGA Technologies is the manufacturer. Brand Name only. Delivery is to be made to Drug Enforcement Administration, STIT, 8198 Terminal Road, Lorton, Virginia 22079 within 60 days after receipt of order. Inspection/Acceptance to be FOB Destination. The provisions at 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition.
