This equipment will be used to run two different chemistries at one time using the two multi-test manifolds, high precision pump, compact sampler and digital colorimeter. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13. The EPA intends to acquire this equipment from Bran & Luebbe, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089. The award date is anticipated on or near 30 September 1998. No request for quotation is available. The Standard Industrial Classification Code 3826, 500 will be used for this requirement. This is not a small business set-a-side. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. Interested parties may identify their capabilities in response to this requirement. The Government has determined not to compete the proposed order based upon responses to this notice, but will consider responses solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements.
