This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 17(ii) Solicitation number is DAKF29-98-B-0050 and is issued as a Invitation for Bid (IFB). 17(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-03. 17(iv) This acquisitions is issued as Unrestricted. Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 7011 and Small Business Size Standard is $5M. 17(v)(vi)(vii) The Contract Line Item Numbers(CLINS) are 0001- the contractor shall provide single and double rooms with transportation included in the cost of the rooms. 0001A- estimated 2511 single rooms and 0001B-6297 double rooms for the period 1 Oct 98 through 30 Sep 99. 0002-Option Year 1 the contractor shall provide single and double rooms with transportation included in the cost of the rooms. 0002A estimated 2350 single rooms and 0002B- 6500 double rooms for the period 1 Oct 99 through 30 Sep 00. 17(viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, with addenda: delete paragraphs d, e, h,i. The basis of award will be low, responsive, responsible bidder. Bidders are requested to submit bids which shall include the unit price and total amount for each CLIN listed above. 17(x) Bidders shall include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items, and DFARS 252-212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial ITems, with bids. 17(xi) The clause at FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition with addenda: paragraphs h,n,o and p of this provision do not apply.
