The contractor will also be required to provide open top 30 cubic yard roll off dumpsters (contractor owned) to the Government. The Government will fill the contractor owned dumpsters with various types of construction debris/garbage which will be hauled by the contractor. This Request For Quote (RFQ) is issued as a Simplified Commercial Acquisition on an Unrestricted basis under the authority of FAR PART 19.10, SIC Code 4212, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The anticipated issues date is O/A 16 September 1998. The Service will be provided to Fort Drum, New York for the period 1 Nov 1998 through 31 October 1999, 12 month base period with four 12 month option periods. The RFQ will not be mailed out.
