This procurement will be for a digital signal analyzer capable of DC to 40MHz analog or digital inputs of 10 to 12 bits. This will be a single piece of equipment. This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
