The contract period shall include a base year, not to exceed 12 months, and four one year option periods. Services include but are not limited to: provide one 40 yard self contained compactor and container, provide transportation of the compactor to and from disposal site one time every two weeks. Services shall be provided in accordance with all local, state and federal laws and ordinances.
