The requirement is for: Self Support/ Telescoping/Motorized/Mobile Tower Trailer Unit; 110 VAC (crank-up) tower extension operation; Four Arm Single Mount, 10ft.; Tool Kit, consisting of tools necessary to operate the Mobile Tower Trailer (change tires, raise and lower the tower, etc.); Spare Tire/Wheel with trailer mount; Maximum height 85' to 89'; Minimum Wind load of 70 mph fully deployed.
