The Government intends to procure 19 each Pilot/Copilot Collective Controls for the CH-53 aircraft, P/N 08-20521-1, used with the AN/AVS-7 ANVIS/HUD system. The Government intends to procure these items on a sole source basis from Tracor Aerospace, who is the current producer of the ANVIS/HUD system. The Government does not possess the technical information necessary to acquire this item from other than the current source.
