This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation Number USZA97-98-Q-0120 is issued as a request for quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-04. This requirement is for one (1) each, of Clin (1). Clin (1) is a computerized isokinetic testing and exercise system for testing and exercise of all of the major joints of the body. To facilitate ease of patient set-up, the seat and dyamometer head must be motorized and have computer preset positions. Must have a range of motion mode to help increase a patient's range of motion automatically. Item must have isokinetic, multi-angle isometric, isotonic and passive exercise modes. Auto positioning to preprogramed positions and storage of patient positions for future recall is a must, precise measurement of force at the point of application in the isotonic mode of operation -- must be constant through out the range of motion, system must have computer assisted range of motion that mimics the manual movements of the physical therapist, system must have overlay testing mode. A pentium computer with 14" touch-screen monitor, touch screen interface circuitry, color laser quality printer, on-line photo quality positioning graphics, auto. voice instruments system.
