The size of platform as stated on Block 20 of SF Form 1449, line item 0002 is hereby changed to read 10' x 100'. All sizes are IAW the Statement of Work. 3. There is an average water depth fluxuation of 6'. The contractor required to provide extra anchor chain. 4. The following is a list of average water depth from shore of all three ponds: 20' from shore = 4', 40' from shore = 6', 60' from shore = 6', and 80' from shore = 9'. 5.
