The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service Office (AAIHS) intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for personal services on or about September 4, 1998. Services are for a Case Management Services Coordinator. Contractor shall provide guidance and technical assistance to AAIHS and Service Units, within the jurisdication of Albuquerque Area in New Mexico and Southern Colorado. Contractor shall establish and maintain case management services for adults with severe mental illness and or children with or at risk for severe emotional disturbance and neuro-biological disorder. Contractor shall be required to work 8 hours per day from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm but may vary when traveling to make sites visits within the area. Service providers shall be required to provide proof of education, masters degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field. The contract period will be for one year from date of award. This is a total small business set-aside. Quotation due date shall be 10 calendar days from date the RFQ is released.
