Z -- MULTIPLE AWARD INDEFINITE QUANTITY TERM CONTRACT FOR DESIGN BUILD SERVICES THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA AND THE WESTERN HALF OF VIRGINIA SOL GS-03P-98-CDC-0036 DUE 102398 POC Bob Waring, Contracting Officer, (215) 656-6149 General repairs and alterations and all associated design services for Government owned and leased facilities in the state of West Virginia and the western half of Virginia. This will be an indefinite quantity design-build term contract for projects ranging from approximately $50,000 to $2 million. Offerors will be evaluated using the source selection/greatest value procedures outlined in the solicitation. The Government may make multiple awards and anticipates award of between three and five contracts. The estimated annual dollar value of all of the projects that will be issued under the multiple term contracts is $2 million. The maximum limitation per year is $10 million. Individual delivery orders may be competed among the selected firms under the contract unless the Government deems otherwise for a specific delivery order. The contracts will be for a one-year base period with the possibility of four one-year options. This requirement is being set aside for small business concerns under SIC 1542.
