Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 7359, and the small business size standard is $5.0 million. 2. SCOPE: The contractor shall provide, install, and maintain washers and dryers on Dover AFB, DE. The contractor-furnished machines will be subject to heavy use 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. 3.
