FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire through full and open competition non-personal Contractor Engineering and Technical Services (CETS) for the Naval Aviation Engineering Service Unit by qualified personnel. The proposed procurement consists of one (1) task: 32144. Task 32144 supports the SH-3 Series Aircraft Airframes, Airframe Systems, Electrical Systems and Associated Support Equipment. The basic contract period is 1 December 1998 through 30 September 1999. The tasks will also contain two (2) twelve month option periods and one (1) two month option period. The period of performance, inclusive of options, will total 36 man months. This contract covers the Government's minimum needs.
