This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The request for Quote (RFQ) is F6550198QP052. The provisions and clauses incorporated are those in Federal Acquisition Circular 97-05, and it has a standard industrial code(SIC) of: 7699. The services required by this SOW include contractor furnished labor, supervision, transportation, tools, equipment and minor materials necessary to accomplish the services of maintenance and repair of two Coulter cell counters and one ACL coagulation analyzer. The ACL analyzer requires service coverage from 0830 to 1700, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Parts, travel and labor included for as many calls as necessary to maintain the analyzer. Preventive maintenance performed as needed during each service call. Unlimited telephone support is also required. The Coulter STK-S analyzer requires service coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, including holidays. Parts, travel and labor included for as many calls as necessary to maintain the analyzer. Preventive maintenance performed as needed during each service call. Unlimited telephone support is required. The Coulter T-890 analyzer requires service coverage from 0830 to 1700, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Parts, travel and labor included for up ;to 2 service visits. Preventive maintenance performed as needed during each service call. Unlimited telephone support is required.
