The U.S. Coast Guard has a requirement for Technical Assistance, Process Evaluation, and Systems Engineering services in support of information technology and command, control, communications, and computer (C4) projects and activities. An Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract type with task orders on a time and materials or firm-fixed price basis is anticipated. The contract will consist of a base period and four one-year option periods. Support services functional areas include: Business Process Reengineering, Systems Life Cycle Management, Software Engineering, IV&V, Network, Strategic Planning, Program Assessment and studies, and Systems Engineering activities. This is a 100 percent small business set-aside. Proposals will be solicited from eligible small businesses. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 7379 and the size standard is $18 million.
