This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the government intends to solicit with only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quotation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all quotations received within 5 business days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular97-04. This procurement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis.
