Z -- REPLACE HVAC SYSTEM AT FORT LARNED NHS, LARNED KANSAS SOL 1443RQ600098049 DUE 092398 POC Theora McVay, Contract Specialist, 402-221-3487 Replace HVAC syste with remote chillers on historic army barracks building. This work includes the purchase and installation of two 25 ton chillers and f0ur air handling units with gas fired duct heaters at location on present equipment. Supply required pumps, valves and equipment and connect to existing electrical and gas utilities. New Chillers and water S&R piping to be installed in the same location and trench as existing compressors and refrigerant line which are approximately 140 feet from the bulding. Work also includes modification of existing supply and return ductwork exposed in attic to accommodate additional diffusers, grills, and registers. This project is located at Fort Larned National Historic Site, Pawnee County, Larned, Kansas. Interested parties should contact the above mentioned POC item # 11.
