Edgar Hoover FBI Building, 95 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Washington, DC 20535. The work shall include, but is not limited to: mechanical, electrical, and controls work. The primary elements of the work include: air handling unit controls, shaft damper controls, pump controls, miscellaneous equipment controls, head end equipment, control tubing and wiring, demolition, repair, firestopping, fan coil unit controls, chiller plan controls, refrigerent leak detection, exhaust fan controls, and heating system controls. Detailed requirements and specifications are included in the Solicitation. Estimated cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The Solicitation shall be available by MAIL REQUEST ONLY at a cost of $250 per set, with a limit of two (2) sets per requesting firm. Make checks payable to the "FBI".
