FACTOR B, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE OF KEY PERSONNEL: Key personnel (Project Manager, Job Site Superintendent, Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Manager) with qualifications and experience in airfield runway repairs (e.g., Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) and asphaltic concrete (AC) pavement repair/replacement for airfield runways, joint repair/replacement, PCC pavement finishing for runway friction, AC crack repair on airfield runways).
