No telephone requests will be accepted. Solicitation magnitude is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000 annually. This will be a Requirements contract with a base and four option years. The purpose of this contract is to provide environmental support consisting of scientific, engineering, and regulatory compliance assistance in support of the installation's Environmental and Natural Resources Division (ENRD). The mission of the ENRD is to provide installation wide support in maintaining compliance with all applicable Federal and State environmental regulations. The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) is responsible for enforcement of environmental regulations on Fort Huachuca. In addition to ensuring regulatory compliance, the ENRD identifies existing or potential environmental hazards and develops initiatives to improve environmental compliance to enhance and protect Fort Huachuca's natural, historical, and archeological resources. The ENRD is also responsible for implementation of the post's Installation Restoration Program (IRP). The objective of this contract is to provide, on a task order basis, technical environmental engineering expertise that may include sampling and analysis of various media and waste services in support of the ENRD mission. Tasks will generally fall within the areas of analyses, studies, remediation, evaluations of the effects of Fort Huachuca Activities, and preparation of reports and other required documents.
