to negotiate a contract with Refraction Technology, Inc., 2626 Lombardy
Lane, Suite 105, Dallas, TX 75220 for the purchase of the following
equipment: (1)14 ea. High Resolution Digitizers, 6 channel, 24 bits, no
internal disk, Model 72a-07/6, power cable with larger + lug to fit
marine battery, R1319 cpu to be modified as per ECN 0717, (2) 28 ea.
Additional Memory, static ram (2 per unt)1 mb, Model 72-8197, (3) 20
ea. Disk Recording Systems, 4 gb, Model 72a-05/4000, (4) 14 ea.
Interconnect cables, power 72a-07 scsi disk, Model 72-8037, (5) 14 ea.
Interconnect cables, scsi 72a-07 to scsi disk, Model 72-8040a, (6) 14
ea. External GPS Receiver/clock with antenna, Model 111A-04, (7) 7 ea.
Cable GPS to 72a-07, Model 1111-8013-20, and (8) 2 ea. Palm Top-2MB
computers. Refraction Technology is the only known source who meets the
Governments requirements for a high resolution digitizer which uses a
full 24 bit A/D (crystal part) that provides 130 dB dynamic range at
sample rates of 1 to 1,000 samples per second per channel, has the
capability for 6 channels, and has multiple data streams. All
responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by
the agency. Anticipated award date is September 9, 1998. Information
