This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Elgar Corp. Smartwave model SW5250A-1-3-2 power supply, quantity of two (2) each. Quotes shall be submitted on brand name, model number or equal. If quoting an equal you must include information sufficient to establish that the item quoted is functionally equivalent to that specified. Basic specifications follow.
