The U.S. Geological Survey's (USGS) National Mapping Division has a requirement to furnish all management, clerical, and technical personnel to staff and operate the U.S. Geological Survey, National Mapping Division Photographic Laboratory at the Rocky Mountain Mapping Center, Denver Federal Center, Denver, CO. The Photolab occupies approximately 9,400 square feet with seventeen (17)work rooms, a storage room, QC areas, and office. Requests for photographic and reproduction products originate from nine different mapmaking or customer service activities in the Mapping Center. The number of incoming orders received by the Photolab daily averages 50 orders, each requiring 1-300 pieces of copy. This work is currently being performed in-house by a Government-Owned- Contractor-Operated (GOCO)photolab. The performance period is base year plus four option years.
