The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment and materials necessary to provide grounds maintenance services to Beaufort Naval Hospital. The operations to be performed shall include street and parking area sweeping, grass cutting, edging, fertilization, collection and disposal of litter and debris, raking, seeding grass, plant and shrub pruning, cultivation and mulching shrubs, hedges and flower beds, and other miscellaneous services. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 0782. The business size standard is $5M.
