provide labor, equipment and material to perform on-site non-invasive
Extracorporeal Shockwave Lithotripsy (ESWL) procedures for VA Medical
Center, Minneapolis, MN by furnishing a turnkey system by either a
tractor-trailer mounted unit or a mobile unit used temporarily in a
VAMC OR or cystoscopy suite; expected volume ranges from 50 to 75 cases
annually; VAMC will furnish Urologist, nursing and anesthesia personnel
as support; Vendor will provide at least two qualified technicians to
set up and assist VAMC personnel; evaluation of proposals will be based
on past performance, local references, type and quality of equipment,
maintenance and support, locality (for response time), and price. Other
VAMCs may refer patients to Minneapolis, thereby increasing the
estimated volume; quotations may be submitted on a per case or per day
basis; VAMC will furnish any/all hookups required. Solicitation
