Services shall be performed at the NNDC's Branch Dental Clinics, Annexes or Satellites. Locations are Bethesda, MD; Washington Navy Yard, Washington, DC; Patuxent River, MD; Quantico, VA; and Annapolis, MD. This requirement includes options for an additional 4 and one-half hygienist. The period of performance is from August 1 through September 30, 1999 and will include five option periods for a total of five years. This procurement is set-aside for small business concerns and all responsible small business sources may submit a proposal. All inquiries must be in submitted in writing.
