It is anticipated that the resultant contract will cover the period from April 1, 1999 through March 31, 2001, with three unilateral Governmental option years. The average capacity of the Woodstock Job Corps Center nonresidential students is 35 males and 30 females; however, the offeror will include a phase-in rssidential students schedule according to the following: April 1, 1999, 186 males and 104 females; July 31, 1999, 245 males and 100 female; November 30, 1999, 295 males and 145 females. There will be a pre-proposal conference at the Woodstock Job Corps Center on Thursday, September 24, 1998 starting at 9:00 a.m.(EST). The pre-proposal conference will be followed by a tour of the facility that will start approximately 10:00 a.m. (EST).
