first working day of each month to ensure all equipment is in normal
operating condition; provide all inspection, adjustments, lubrication,
installation of replacemnt parts and testing during scheduled PM
inspections; respond to requests for breakdown repairs "same day"
within 4 hours of verbal request; perform PM inspections every 90 days
