The Wiesbaden Regional Contracting Center, Germany intends to procure on a brand name basis (CLIN 0001 -0003) and on a brand name or equal basis (CLIN 0004) Spare/Repair Parts for the Web Atlas Printing Press, Specification No. 880-5 (SIC 3555, FSC 3610), to be delivered to Darmstadt, Germany. Solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.5 -- Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-07. Award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer.
