Contractor shall furnish all plant, equipment, tools, supervision, labor, and materials necessary to accomplish project MIN 98-5007, Install Direct Digital Controls at Minot AFB ND in accordance with specifications and drawings. Work is 10% General and 90% Electrical. Installation includes, but is not limited to, the complete installation, programming, testing, and commissioning of all Government Furnished DDC components. All components are by Johnson Controls Inc. All work shall be in accordance with current Johnson Controls Inc. recommendations. Although such work is not specifically indicated, contractor shall provide all supplementary or miscellaneous items, appurtenances, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services incidental to provide a completely integrated sound, secure, installation. All products and equipment used in addition to the Government furnished property shall be new. Refurbished or reconditioned components are unacceptable. A site visit will be held for review of all Government furnished property, the date and time will be listed in the solicitation. Work is not in a restricted area. Project magnitude is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. Period of performance is 30 calendar days. Project documents will be available O/A 25 August.
