To provide 94 Numeric and 28 Alpha-Numeric pagers and service for engineers of the 38th Engineering Installation Wing at Tinker AFB OK. The services required are as follows: Nationwide paging system to include Hawaii and Alaska; Voice Mail (messaging); personal toll free telephone number assigned to each pager; tone and vibrator silent modes; 16 numeric message memory with time tag; call averaging for the whole system of 122 pagers instead of individual pager. As a minimum, the call averaging for the system shall be a Not-to-Exceed (NTE) 48,800 calls per month for the pagers. The purchase order shall include the option to delete and/or add pagers as required. Delivery latency (Time between receiving and sending pages) shall have a 5 minute maximum while in the Oklahoma City area and 10 minutes maximum while in the other paging coverage areas.
