The PSMFC is a diverse organization whose members include the states of Washington, Oregon and California, federal agencies, Indian tribes, landowners and private industry, local governments, the sport and commercial fishing industries, agriculture and environmental groups. Purpose of contract is to provide funding to PSMFC in support of its watershed organizations in California and its functions as a forum for finding common ground on salmon recovery issues among the diverse regional stakeholders. Sources with similar qualifications, experience, and member organizations as PSMFC may request solicitation by fax. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000.
