R -- PROFESSIONAL, TECHNICAL AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES SUPPORT TO THE NAVY THEATER BALLISTIC MISSILE DEFENSE PROGRAM OFFICES SOL N00024-98-R-5372 POC POC: Michael Lee, NAVSEA 02532L, (703)602-8000 ext. 581 Contracting Officer: Steve Caracciolo, NAVSEA 02531, (703)602-8000 ext. 534 The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) plans to conduct a full and open competition to satisfy its requirement for professional, technical and management services in the areas of Systems Architecture and Engineering, Program Management, Integration, Software and Test and Evaluation Support to the Navy Theater Ballistic Missile Defense Program Offices. Services will be for one base year and four (4) one year option periods. It is anticipated that this effort will result in a maximum total of 1,300,000 orderable work units (man-hours) for the five year period. Primary effort will be performed at the Contractor's facility located within 1/3 of a mile from the NAVSEA Headquarters currently located in Arlington, Virginia and have facility clearance up to and including SECRET material.
