This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to provide an electronic subscription to the National Journal Groups's American Health Line which provides updates on health policy developments and health care issues. The contractor shall provide electronic access to the American Health Line on a daily basis; access to past news stories; links from news stories to other information on the Internet; and technical assistance. The National Journal Group is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is twelve months.
