The VAMC is requesting services for materials testing and inspection during the contruction of the new VA National Cemetary located in Medina County. Services will include inspection testing, written reports, verbal reports and test standards. The period of performance is estimated at 730 calendar days. The minimum qualifications for the testing laboratory is as follows: (a) Prinicipals of the testing laboratory must be registered professional engineers with not less than five (5) years experience in the types of testing required under the contract. (b) Each person in charge of laboratory testing, field testing, and inspection must have not less than one year full time experience in the duties performed under the contract.
