This requirement is a fixed-price contract for Cable Television Services on Johnston Island which is located Latitude: 16 degrees/44.05'/North, Longitude: 169 degrees/31.40'/West. Johnston Island (JI) is an Atoll and is located approximately 717 nautical miles southwest of Hawaii. There is an existing cable plant/TACAN in place on JI and an analog satellite.
