ITEM 001: The Technical Library of the Air Force Research Laboratory's, Information Directorate requires the following nonpersonal service: Electronic (On-Line) access to the Instituteof Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc.(IEEE/IEE) Electronic Library (IEL). Offerors must be able to provide access to all IEEE/IEE publications to include; conferences, symposia, and proceedings in full text. Offerors must also be able to provide access to IEEE/IEE technical reference material.
