The VA-500V-As is a proprietary product manufactured only by EPI MBE Products Group Proprietary Design covered by US Patents 5156815 and 5080870. Fully automated with purchase of optional Valve Controller and Power Supply. The PSC-905D-2xDCM is a propriety power supply manufactured exclusively for EPI MBE Products Group. The Government requires the following features: Integral Temperature Controller and DC Power Supply. 0 -- 1.25 kW auto ranging power output. Microprocessor controlled operation. Programmable current limit. Digital Display for Current, Voltage and Power. Two interlocking modes available; Full shut down and "safe operation". EPI is the only source that can provide these replacement parts for the EPI GEN II Molecular Beam Epitaxy Machine because of its proprietary products and US patents. There is no other source that is licensed to sell these replacement parts. The SIC code is 3674. The size standard is 500 employees. Required delivery within 30 days after contract award.
