THE STRATASYS FUSED DEPOSITION MODELER WITH AIR CONDITIONING WHICH INCLUDES A SUPPORT RELEASE SYSTEM, FOUNDATION TRAY AND SPEAR SET WITH TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED MODELING ENVELOPE. THE MODELER MUST INCLUDE A MODELING MATERIAL PACKAGE WITH A TWIN TIP LIQUEFIER AND TIP SET. THE MATERIAL PACKAGE ALSO SHALL INCLUDE A SUPPORT REMOVAL SOFTWARE CODE AND SOFTWARE PARAMTERS. THE PACKAGE ALSO MUST INCLUDE THE VERSION OF THE QUICKSLICE SOFTWARE. THIS MAY BE A USED. IT MUST BE NEWER THAN MAY 1, 1995. IT MUST BE IN GOOD CONDITION AND FULLY FUNCTIONAL. IT WILL BE TESTED BY MSFC BEFORE PAYMENT WILL BE MADE. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. See Note 26. The SIC Code IS 3821. The DPAS Rating for this procurment is DO C9. The anticipated release date of RFQ 1-8-21-B866 is on or about 9-02-98 with an anticipated quote due date of on or about 9-17-98. All qualified responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. An ombudsman has been appointed See Internet Note "B".
