Install new boiler and reconnect all utility lines complete. Contractor shall furnish and install a low pressure, Type M packaged Firebox Boiler, Three pass wetback design, Model M205K Kewanee Boiler or an approved equal. Boiler shall be low pressure (15 PSI steam). Firing mode shall be fully modulating. boiler shall have a rating of 2,050 MBH (61.1 HBHP), U.L. National Board, and ASME approved. Boiler voltage shall be 120 volt, 1 phase with a forced draft burner. The period of performance is 90 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 and $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1711 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million.
